idk wat ur talking about.
In buddhism there’s this concept called yin sao (I’m spelling it wrong I know) Yin Sao just means anything that pulls you away from your regular emotional resting state, So we’re talking about super great stuff and really shitty stuff. All of it is Yin Sao, it’s all the same. And the lesson that they’re trying to teach there is basically This Too Shall Pass. You’ll fall in love and your dog will get hit by a car and you’ll have a kid who makes you feel like your life has meaning and you’ll lose five toes, But everything eventually rolls over and you end up back in that emotional middle ground. So you can’t let yourself get too fucking conquered by the bad shit, and you can’t get TOO attached to the good shit, You gotta learn to be comfortable at your resting point.
